Please note that Délices du Lac-Saint-Jean cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery, errors in postal addresses or incorrect address entered by the customer in the form, or delays caused by weather conditions. All packages are shipped via the "Accelerated Parcel" service.

We are unable to change an address or accelerate a delivery once the package is in the hands of our shipping partners.

For all orders of $75 or more, get free standard delivery. It is not possible to combine several orders in order to obtain free delivery.

Please note that prices and delivery policies may be subject to change without notice.


Delivery costs include the costs of preparation and packaging and delivery to the delivery address provided at the time of the order. These costs are established according to the delivery address, the number of items ordered and the total amount of the order, before taxes and delivery costs. No fees will be charged upon receipt of the package.


For now, Délices du Lac-Saint-Jean offers delivery in Canada and the United States. However, it is possible for you to order on our website if you are outside of Canada (note that you must indicate a Canadian delivery AND billing address).

All products ordered from our online store are shipped via our shipping partners. It is possible to pick up in store.


Each customer is responsible for correctly indicating the shipping address when placing an order on our online store. We cannot be held responsible for errors entered by the customer in his order.

When an address is incorrect and it is impossible to deliver the package, it is returned to us in the warehouse (note that this process can take up to 30 working days).

Once the package has been received in the warehouse, our team will refund the order minus the delivery costs.

Note that delivery costs are not refundable, even if you have benefited from the free delivery promotion.
