These Organic Small Flake Oats are made with whole organic oat kernel kernels. The grain selection is done carefully requiring uniform white disease-free oats.
These grains are later steamed to inactivate the lipolytic enzymes and flaked to the required thickness. Their color should be creamy and uniform, their flavor and smell should be appetizing.
