Blueberry Sour

Sour aux bleuets

1 oz mead or flat cider
1 oz Fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 egg white
1 C. blueberry rose jelly
Garnish: lemon zest, frozen blueberries, rose petals

-Add all the ingredients to the shaker with ice and mix.
-Strain the contents of the martini glass through a sieve to avoid shards of ice.
-Decorate
