1/2 cup plain, Greek yogurt or soft tofu
1/2 cup skim milk or unsweetened plain soy milk
1/4 cup organic wild blueberry syrup
1/2 cup egg white or whole egg
1/2 cup fresh or frozen wild blueberries
1/2 fresh or frozen strawberries
1 tbsp ground flax or chia seeds (optional)
1 teaspoon olive oil or 5-6 walnuts (optional)
-Switch to the blender for one or two minutes, pulsing so that the pieces of fruit grind well (add one or two ice cubes if desired).
-If the mixture is too thick simply add a little liquid.
