Wild Blueberry Smoothie
1/2 cup plain, Greek yogurt or soft tofu1/2 cup skim milk or unsweetened plain soy milk1/4 cup organic wild blueberry syrup 1/2 cup egg white or whole egg1/2 cup fresh or frozen wild blueberries1/2 fresh or frozen strawberries1 tbsp ground flax or chia seeds (optional)1 teaspoon olive oil or 5-6 walnuts (optional)
-Switch to the blender for one or two minutes, pulsing so that the pieces of fruit grind well (add one or two ice cubes if desired).-If the mixture is too thick simply add a little liquid.

Blueberry Sour
1 oz mead or flat cider1 oz Fresh squeezed lemon juice1 egg white1 C. blueberry rose jellyGarnish: lemon zest, frozen blueberries, rose petals
-Add all the ingredients to the shaker with ice and mix.-Strain the contents of the martini glass through a sieve to avoid shards of ice.-Decorate

Hot Brie and Quebec Wild Blueberry Chutney
-Preheat the oven to 350 F.-Put the cheese in a casserole, put in the oven for 15 minutes.-Remove from the oven, add 2 to 3 spoons of Chutney on the hot Brie of your choice.-Serve and enjoy!
